“Oggi la formazione non può essere più pensata come un processo esclusivamente interno alle organizzazioni. L’e-learning, infatti, riguarda il modo con cui l’organizzazione si relaziona con l’esterno in modo indiretto, formando personale più consapevole, ma anche trasferendo conoscenze ai cittadini. La produzione di conoscenza, ovvero di contenuti veicolabili sia internamente alle organizzazioni sia ai cittadini, genera nuovi flussi di partecipazione ai processi decisionali proprio a partire dalla condivisione del sapere interno alle organizzazioni pubbliche. La formazione per la PA, quindi, cessa di essere sostanzialmente un esercizio interno, e diventa produttrice di contenuti attivi. Contenuti, cioè, che possono essere non solo riutilizzati dalla stessa amministrazione ma anche condivisi con i cittadini.
L’evento rappresenta anche l’azione di follow-up del progetto europeo Minerva Share sulla riusabilità dei contenuti per l’e-learning di recente concluso dall’Università di Teramo.” (fonte: sito “E-Learning & E-Government”)
